Recently, owner Randall headed to Newark Liberty International Airport late at night to pick up one of our regular customers. The original plan had the customer flying in the following day. Then the itinerary changed.

The story behind our recent video is fairly simple, and that is exactly why it says so much about how we operate.
A longtime Minuteman customer had been scheduled to return the next day. Instead, plans changed and the customer arrived at Newark Airport that night.
Rather than focusing on what had originally been scheduled, the priority became what the customer needed now. Randall went to Newark and handled the pickup.
No grand gesture. No complicated story. Just being there.
